Sophia's International Online Store Policies

Payments –
            We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
            Orders shipped to Louisiana will be charged 4% sales tax.

Shipments –
Orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery to physical addresses within the US only. (sorry no PO or APO Boxes) We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or California.
You can get an estimate of delivery time on FedEx.com, by using their Ground Transit time maps and entering the origin zip code 70583.  http://www.fedex.com/grd/maps/ShowMapEntry.do?cc=US&language=en
Orders for in-stock items will ship within two (2) business days.  In the case of backorders, you will be notified and your order will be held until the backordered item is in stock.  In the case of orders which contain backordered item(s) and in stock item(s), your entire order will be held.

Satisfaction Guarantee –
If within 90-days after you have purchased your Redolere Fragrance Lamp you are not satisfied and would like a refund, return the item and sales slip indicating purchase price and date of purchase.
Stone/Wick assemblies are sold with a 30 day point-of-purchase replacement warranty.
Sophia's International can only guarantee the stones when used with our Sophia’s Fragrance, and our Sophia’s Fragrance can only be guaranteed when used in our Redolere Lamp, with our Redolere Stone/Wick assembly.  Sophia's International shall not be responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Returns/Damages –
Please report damaged or incorrectly shipped item within 7 days of receipt, by calling 800-952-1361.
